As the only child of Asian parents, Vivian was born in Vietnam, grew up in San Francisco and currently resides in Amsterdam, since 2015.

In the US she worked at many large international corporations in various roles, before she landed an expatriate opportunity to head up an EMEA Business assurance services department at Tech giant Equinix; the world's largest global platform of interconnected data centers and business ecosystems.

It is in the Tech industry where she broke her glass ceiling, being both a minority and a woman in a male dominated environment; with significant responsibilities of directing and advising high-power cross-functional teams and top management – often challenging the status quo with her outspokenness and business acumen for both Regional and Global teams.

If anything, Vivian’s diverse background allows her to bring a fresh perception to the table and an effective attitude for an immigrant woman in a male dominated Tech environment.
