  • To create a network of resources within and across technology communities globally

Driving WinTech Canada
Our research marked the first time in Canadian history that hundreds of community members had come together to voice their stories to create actionable change. While we are proud to have developed Canada’s largest qualitative dataset on women in tech, which can be referenced and utilized for future research and programming initiatives, our primary goal is to ignite actionable ideas to address existing barriers.
