Today, Miguel brings soft-skills to Tech as career & live coach. He is fascinated by the endless possibilities that human beings and digital technology can achieve together.
After setting up (and sometimes failing) several startups in multiple countries, he has joined Philips to lead digital teams. While digital products are the ground to operate and experiment, he thrives to challenge teams & individuals to fly beyond what they thought is possible.

He still loves the energy at startups and the possibilities at corporates and uses all this to work deeply with individuals in tech on their personal and professional development. He now splits his time between managing digital innovation @Philips and working as Coach @miguelbaumann.com
